Appointment Times
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment so that the next client is able to be seen at her/his allocated time. All times quoted include consultation, preparation time, treatment and vacation of the room.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your treatment please give us at least 24 hours notice as we can then give your time to another client. Cancellations under this time will incur a 50% charge. However if we are able to fill your appointment time you will not be charged.

Access
Our treatment rooms are situated on the first floor and unfortunately there is no lift access.
